As Head of Design at Viessmann Climate Solutions, Stephan is leading the in-house design department including Brand Design, Industrial Design and UX/UI Design. Together with his teams he realizes design quality for customers of today, defines the right offerings for the markets of tomorrow and articulates desired futures of tomorrow & beyond. Furthermore, he drives customer centricity and transformation from product to experiences.

Before, Stephan worked as design director, project lead, designer & innovation strategist across various design consultancies including IDEO LLC, Sensity sarl as well as his own agency. Here he worked and collaborated with clients like Deutsche Telekom, Braun, Gillette, ABB/Busch-Jaeger, Microsoft, Lincoln and Samsung among others, bridging research, design as well as overarching customer experiences, brand & portfolio strategy.
